Product Description
DL-40D low-speed centrifuge combines powerful functions, high versatility, and simple operability. It adopts the latest
control technology, reliable quality, and superior performance, and is widely used in medical clinical biochemistry,
hematology, immunology, clinical research, molecular biology research, and routine analysis in industrial laboratories. It is
more prominent in experimental research on genetic genes, protein nucleic acids, and PCR products.
Features & Functions:
-LCD with bright black background and white text, with clear operating parameters;
-Separate Speed/Rf parameter settings and mutual conversion buttons facilitate quick adjustment and real-time viewing of relative centrifugal force during operation;
-Real time display of lifting and lowering speed is more convenient and quick to adjust, fully meeting various centrifugal needs;
-Single button rotary control allows for quick parameter changes;
-An isolation layer is installed outside the centrifugal chamber to fully absorb noise, reduce vibration, and provide a sense of tranquility for the experimental personnel;
-Adopting advanced and reliable FOC vector sine wave drive control system, it can accurately control speed, time, and relative centrifugal force;
-Electric suction double door lock design, easy to close with just one press, quiet and safe;
-The button volume and the end of operation prompt volume can be quickly adjusted at the panel;-Brushless DC variable frequency motor, with a speed range of 100-6000rpm and an accuracy of ± 20rpm;
-Adjust the centrifugal speed and centrifugal force step by step to 10rpm/10 × g. Time control: 1-99 hours/1-59 minutes or 1-59 seconds, with an accuracy of ± 1 second/instantaneous centrifugation (Flash). Press and hold to achieve fast and convenient centrifugation, and automatically remember the last experimental value;
-High strength host and rotating head materials can resist various chemical corrosion, have sealing performance and unlimited high temperature disinfection function;
-Equipped with a door cover protection, overspeed, overvoltage current, and imbalance detection system, it can monitor the centrifugal process in real time to ensure the safe operation of the instrument. When the operation ends, errors, and imbalances occur, the sound signal prompts, and the operation stops, displaying error codes;
